    Note from Carleen

In 1993, my family and I arrived from the Bay Area with a sailboat to set up housekeeping in the Seattle area. My husband had taken a new job and a co-worker who lived on the Island, convinced us to take a look. The moment we arrived, I knew I was home.

I fell in love with the beauty of the Island, the fabulous schools for my children and the community - talented, intellectual, aware people. It was great fun to be at home and yet feel like we were always on vacation surrounded by water, lush green forest and rolling hills. With Seattle a short 35-minute ferry ride away, I have the best of both the metropolitan and the rural worlds.

My career in real estate began in the late 90's and it's been non-stop since my feet hit the ground. I consider it a privilege to work with so many wonderful people and their families. When asked what makes me unique in the real estate industry, I have to say I work exceptionally hard and smart, making full use of island connections. I take time to listen to your needs and dreams, and turn those dreams into reality. I am committed to open, honest and timely communication so you, whether buying or selling, have the best possible information for your decisions. I hope to have the opportunity to share my enthusiasm and love for Bainbridge Island with you soon.
