"I am a bicycle enthusiast and have found one of the most beautiful routes on the Island is Crystal Springs to Pleasant Beach through Ft. Ward State Park out to South Beach. It's mostly flat (very unusual for the Island), sunny and along the water. You will find it suitable for all abilities."
