Local news is primarily obtained from our twice-weekly printed newspaper, the Bainbridge Island Review and from the daily Kitsap Sun. But, if you are well connected to your computer, take a look at the news on Bainbridge Buzz.com, an on-line independent, virtual newspaper for Bainbridge Island.

The marketing tagline for the Bainbridge Island Review is "We're the only newspaper in the world that cares about Bainbridge Island" - and though that's right, the Kitsap Sun is picking up the pace. The Review, however, gets into the nitty-gritty of Island happenings. It writes about our road maintenance schedule and up-coming special events and publishes colorful editorial and historical articles.
